15. My garbage (yard waste, recycling) wasn’t picked up, who do I call?
 
The Answer:

If you experience service problems, please report them to the Solid Waste Management customer service line at (407) 665-2260. To ensure customer satisfaction, it is the policy of the Solid Waste Management Division to address these types of occurrences in a timely manner with most being corrected within 48 hours.
