The Question:
10. Why am I being charged for 2 houses when I only have 1?
 
The Answer:

Some properties are charged more than one billing unit due to the number of residences supported on the property. Properties that include a duplex, multi family unit or other type of multiple housing units are assessed one solid waste billing unit for each housing unit. If more than one unit is being assessed, and your property does not accommodate more than one housing unit, please email or call the MSBU Program at (407) 665-7178 for assistance.
