The Question:
4. How do I make a change in my service option?
 
The Answer:

Service level changes can be made on the MSBU Program website by completing the Change of Service Request form or by calling the MSBU Program at (407) 665-7178. Click here to view your current service level information. Property owners who wish to increase or decrease their service may do so at any time of the year. Service option changes that increase the assessment amount will be effective within 7 business days. Service option changes that reduce the assessment amount must be received by September 1st to be effective with the forthcoming tax bill and the new service year (January).
