For your convenience, the MSBU Program Customer Service specializes in providing assistance with new and/or developing MSBU inquiries, changes in service options, administration of MSBU provisions, and management of the financial aspects of the MSBU Program.  Customer Service representatives for the MSBU Program activities are available by phone at 407.665.7178, via fax 407.665.7185, via email, and in person.  The MSBU Program Customer Service office is located at 1301 East Second Street, Sanford, Florida 32771-1468. We are located behind the County Services building.

Solid Waste collection service activities are managed by the Environmental Services Department through the Solid Waste Management Customer Service Team.  Concerns or inquiries related to solid waste collection services are best addressed by calling 407.665.2260.

Street Lighting service issues are coordinated through the local power company providing electric utility.

Notice of Proposed Non-Ad Valorem Assessment communicating proposed assessments are mailed annually in July.
