Resource Management


Resource Management Department

The Resource Management department oversees all financial related activities under the Board of County Commissioners. 

Resource Management's mission is to provide sound financial management, quality assistance and dependable advice relative to the County's decision making process; and to serve departments, citizens and business effectively and efficiently in the best interest of the taxpayers.

Team Purpose: To carry out the mission of Seminole County by providing human resource and fiscal management support and transparent information that promotes community trust and responsible use of resources. 

Goals:

Fiscal Management - To provide management support and a framework for fiscal accountability, regulatory compliance, and transparent fiscal information that facilitates informed decision-making.

Communications - To provide interactive communications with Stakeholders on the County's fiscal and human resources.

Long-term Planning - To provide Stakeholders with a long-term planning approach to decision-making that promotes sustainability.
