Fiscal Services Resource Management oversees all department functions which include Budget, Purchasing and Contracts, Grants Administration, and Municipal Services Benefit Unit. Resource Management serves as the liaison for Board departments, elected officials, other government entities and citizens in carrying out approved budget programs authorized by the Board of County Commissioners. 

It is the responsibility of Fiscal Services Resource Management to recommend financing plans for Board programs based on ongoing monitoring of the economy, the County’s financial condition, and general Countywide service needs. Fiscal Services Resource Management coordinates all debt financing activities such as the issuance of tax-exempt debt, refinancing debt, and short term debt. We also undertake all financial analysis of special projects which impact the County’s financial condition or obligations.
