Head, Heart, Health and Hands
4-H is a youth education program which provides children and young adults ages 5-18 the opportunity to learn life skills that they need to be productive and self-reliant members of society, good citizens and leaders of tomorrow. You can become a member of 4-H by joining a Community 4-H Club, by participating in a short term Special Interest Program, participating as an independent member or by being part of a 4-H School Enrichment Classroom Project.
For more information on what your children can participate in as a 4-H Member visit: http://florida4h.org/ or by viewing our brochure.
"4-H is a jewel under the sand waiting for someone to discover it!
It builds the skills we all want to see in our children: leadership, citizenship, health and more!
There is nothing more rewarding than uncovering that jewel. The hunt is over......"
Testimonial from 4-H Parent Bonnie W.
"I have been in 4-H for 4 years now, it has showed me more of what I can do. For 3 years, from 2010-2012 I have been in office for my 4-H club. I have learned over the years to be a leader and to help fellow 4-Her's with their projects."
Testimonial from 4-H Youth Member, 4-H Crusaders Club
