Residential Reclaimed Water Project

Construction

Construction will be divided into multiple phases. Phase I construction installed a reclaimed water transmission main along approximately 0.5 miles of Markham Woods Road. The transmission line provides reclaimed water for Bristol Park, East Camden, Heathrow Woods, Chestnut Hill, and Magnolia Plantation. Phase 2 construction will involve installing reclaimed water distribution mains within Alaqua Lakes subdivision.

Special precautions will be taken to minimize impacts to trees and landscaped areas along the construction path.

Whenever feasible, pipelines will be installed using directional drilling instead of using the open cut (trench digging) method. This will minimize damage to sidewalks, driveways and roads. Any areas damaged during construction, whether in public areas or on private property, will be restored to their documented preconstruction condition.
