Bulk yard waste collection is not part of the Mandatory Solid Waste Program. Bulk yard waste are items that do not meet the requirements listed above. Tree stumps are an example of bulk yard waste. The Hauler may be willing to collect them for a fee. Otherwise, they may be taken to the Seminole County Landfill in Geneva. The property owners of property that has been assessed for the garbage service with the property taxes may use the Landfill at no cost to them provided they bring the material themselves and have proof of residency. Any one else that brings the material would be charged for disposal. Please call the Solid Waste Helpline at (407) 665-2260 for more information or any other questions you may have.
