Underground Utility Permit
A Seminole County Environmental
Services Department "Underground Utilities
Permit" may be issued when the following
conditions are met:

The engineer
of record and the Seminole County Environmental
Services Department have approved all required plans, calculations and
shop drawing submittals.

An itemized
cost for all water and sewer improvements
has been submitted and the Department
receives payment for the permit.

Fees are
calculated based on the itemized cost.
Fees are 2.5% of the utility construction
value for $50,000 and under, and 2.3%
of the utility construction value for
$50,001 and above.

of this web site. Applications, cost submittals
and payments can be delivered or mailed to
Seminole County Environmental Services Department,
Att: Planning, Engineering, Inspections (PEI)
Office, at 500 West Lake Mary Blvd. Sanford,
Florida 32773. Fee payments should
be made payable to Seminole County.
