The Environmental Services Department provides the services that you rely on every day such as clean, quality drinking water, wastewater collection and treatment, irrigation supply, recycling, and trash collection and disposal. We manage the construction and provide maintenance for the infrastructure to ensure quality and cost effective services.

In our efforts to conserve County resources and provide a paperless billing solution, the Seminole County Environmental Services Utility Billing now offers an Email notification service.
When you sign up for this service, you will receive an Email notification instead of a printed bill letting you know your account has billed and is ready for online payment.
