Please try the following before contacting the Water & Sewer Billing Office.
1.When you first sign in you are using a temporary PIN. Sometimes your web browser will try to memorize your passwords for you. So when you go to log in and you put in your account #, it would automatically fill in the PIN for you. If this is the case, it might be using the temporary PIN instead of the new one you selected. Be sure that if it tries to fill it in for you, that you delete it and enter your selected PIN.
2. If you bookmark the log-in page and try to visit it between 11:30pm and 5am the system is down due to system backups that occur in the middle of the night. You would not be able to log in or verify your email during those time periods.
3. If you still can’t log into the system. Please write down the error message that you are receiving and call 407-665-2110.
