The Question:
I’ve been away for two weeks, should my bill be this high?
 
The Answer:
A customer’s time away from home may overlap billing periods and the bill may show little or no reduction from the average use. However, there may be a water leak or loss at the property (for example: a leaking toilet; slow faucet drips; a break in a service line.) Leak detection information is available from SCU (Seminole County Utilites); our office will be happy to help you identify possible sources of water loss.
