The Mini-Grant Program encourages improvement to the appearance and functionality of existing buildings (residential or commercial) in the US 17-92 CRA Area. The program provides a dollar-for-dollar match, of up to $5,000, to cover design and implementation improvements. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

The Redevelopment and Construction Grant encourages redevelopment of existing buildings and new construction in the US 17-92 CRA Area. The program provides funding for up to 20 percent of the total project cost, per building, to cover redevelopment and construction projects. Funding is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Seminole County Jobs Growth Incentive Trust Fund Application
The Seminole County Economic Development Business Incentives Program is designed to attract new business and assist existing Seminole County businesses develop and flourish. The assistance available through the program is aimed at specific target businesses and jobs whose manufacturing or service focus is clean, sustainable and beneficial to the citizens of Seminole County.

These informative sessions are held bi-monthly (every two months), with each session led by a local economic development partner. Talking Business in Seminole will communicate the benefits of various business programs that may be available to eligible local firms. Each presentation will consist of a presentation by the economic development organization, followed by a question and answer period.
