Fireworks and Independence Day

During this time of year, we celebrate our Country's independence.  Although there is no ban for fireworks, citizens shouldn’t sacrifice safety for the thrill of shooting a firework.  In the State of Florida, sparklers are the only types of fireworks permitted by law.  Fireworks that shoot into the air or create a loud “explosion” are not allowed without a permit.
