If the incident occurred in a Seminole County jurisdiction, the report can be released by the records clerk. If the in incident occurred in a city jurisdiction, the clerk will provide the appropriate city contact name and phone number, along with incident report number for ease in requesting a copy of the report from the proper jurisdiction. Copies of reports for incidents that are currently under investigation can only be released by the Chief Fire Investigator for the authority having jurisdiction.
