The Neighborhood Stabilization Program 3 (NSP3) was established for the purpose of stabilizing communities that have suffered from foreclosures, short sales, and property abandonment. Through the purchase and redevelopment of these homes, the goal of the program is being realized. Seminole County is now beginning the NSP3 program. Legislation was passed which provides grants to all states and selected local governments on a formula basis. Seminole County received $3,995,178 and is implementing two strategies for the use of NSP3 funds, these include property acquisition and rehabilitation for resale to income eligible home buyers and for acquisition and rehabilitation to provide and support the need for affordable rental housing stock and special needs housing supported by non-profit organizations.

This site was created to keep the community informed about the status of the program and is designed for interested homebuyers, realtors, and developers and contractors. Please check back often to find current information on neighborhoods, homes under construction, realtors, and contractors. Use the links to the right to navigate our site and if you have any questions, be sure to visit the Contact Us page.

If you navigate away from this page, and desire to visit another section of the NSP program, please utilize the links to the left. Clicking the Bullet Plus next to Neighborhood Stabilization Program will provide a list of pages that may benefit your search.

The application process is now open.
