The speed of your internet access
There are two video feeds available. One is for those users with high-speed access and the other is for modem access. If you use the improper link, the video may not work.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you are experiencing problems getting any video/audio to work, you should first make sure that you have the latest version of your Internet Browser and the Windows Media Player.

If you cannot receive video go to this link, http://www.microsoft.com/windows/windowsmedia/download/default.asp, select codecs installation package from the top dropdown list and install the correct version of the codecs.
