2009 Events:

November 10, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item to consider authorizing a request to schedule and advertise a public hearing for the Consolidated Street Lighting Ordinance. This item was authorized by the Board of County Commissioners

October 27, 2009 -  Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item to consider authorizing execution of the  "Markham Forest Street Lighting Municipal Service Benefit Unit - Street Lighting Agreement".  This item was authorized by the Board of County Commissioners.

October 27, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners regular agenda item to approve and authorize the execution of the Resolution Amending Section 22.10 of the Seminole County Administrative Code.  The Administrative Code revisions nclude the addition of clarifying provisions for wall reconstruction projects and for exception review requests.  This item was approved and authorized by the Board of County Commissioners.

October 13, 2009 - Board of County Commisioners consent agenda item to consider authorizing execution of a Satisatisfaction of Lien for property within the Twin Pines Water and Wastewater Improvement MSBU.  This item was authorized by the Board of County Commissioners.

September 15, 2009 -  Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item for consideration by the Board to approve and authorize the Chairman to execute certification of the 2009 Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll.  The Board approved the request and provided the certification required per Florida Statutes.

September 9, 2009 -  Board of County Commissioners public hearing agenda item for the consideration by the Board to adopt an ordinance establishing a stormwater management system benefit area [SMSBA], adopt by resolution the assessment allocation and rates for the SMSBA, and to adopt and certify the SMSBA assessment roll subject to first time levy on the 2009 property tax bill. The Board withdrew the item from the evening agenda.

August 25, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item for consideration by the Board to approve and authorize the Chairman to execute certification of the 2009 Non-Ad Valorem Assessment Roll. The Board approved the requested certification.

August 25, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners public hearing agenda item for the consideration by the Board to adopt by resolution the 2009 non-ad valorem assessment rolls for street lighting MSBUs subject to first time levy. The Board approved the resolution.

July 28, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners public hearing agenda item to consider the establishment of a new MSBU - Springwood Waterway Aquatic Weed Control.  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

June 23, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item for the consideration of the scheduling and advertising of a public hearing for the establishment of a new MSBU - Springwood Waterway Aquatic Weed Control.  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

June 9, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item for the consideration of the scheduling and advertsing of a public hearing to give consideration to adopting the non-ad valorem assessment rolls with first time assessment in 2009 and for certification of the 2009 non-ad valorem assessment roll.  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

April 28, 2009 - Board  of County Commissionrs consent agenda item for the Resolution establishing the 2009 assessment rates for each MSBU for which the annual assessment rate varies per budgeted operating cost.  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

April 14, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners public hearing agenda item for consideration of the establishment of a new MSBU - Lake of the Woods Aquatic Weed Control.  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

February 24, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners public hearing agenda item for Consolidated Street Lighting Ordinance  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

February 10, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners regular agenda item for continuation of walls as an MSBU Program project.  This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.

January 13, 2009 - Board of County Commissioners consent agenda item for Seminole County Administrative Code revisions.   This item was approved by the Board of County Commissioners.
