The date and starting time of the meeting
This information can be found in the agendas for the meetings. The channel is always on, whether or not there is a meeting actually going on.

The speed of your internet access
There are two video feeds available. One is for those users with broadband access and the other is for dial-up access. If you use the improper link, the video may not work properly for you.
