Posted on: 3/14/2014

Seminole County Animal Services is hosting its 11th Annual Pet Adopt-A-Thon
 on Saturday March 22, 2014 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Spring is in the air and lots of awesome animals are hoping to find their new fur-ever homes during this event.

Animal Services along with dozens of other rescue and animal related groups will be on site to help you find the perfect pet for your family and to answer any questions you may have.

Even though we are looking forward to a lot of adoptions, we invite everyone who loves animals to attend. There will be canine games, dog training, flyball and agility demonstrations. Back by popular demand are the hilarious dachshund raceswhere your dog can run for prizes. Take photos with the Easter bunny and allow your personal dogs to participate in the canine games and dachshund races.
T.E.A.R.S. (Together Every Animal Receives Support) of Seminole County will be hosting a giant raffle with the proceeds benefiting the animals from Seminole County Animal Services.

There will be 3 food trucks on site or your lunch and snacking pleasure (Monsta Lobsta, Chillin-n-Grillin and Louie's Bistro.)

The Big Red Bus will be onsite to take blood donations and anyone donating will receive 2 free movie passes. You can not only
Save a Pet you can Save a Life.
