This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is for interested non-profit service agencies to implement the case management portion of the Seminole County Community Services Homelessness Plan. The County is seeking one or more non-profit agencies with experience working with homeless individuals and/or families, and a proven record of case management experience. The source of funding is a combination of Seminole County General Funds and the HEARTH grant. The awarded agency will also work with programs from the following sources of funding; Emergency Solutions Grant, HOME Investment Partnership Program, and Community Services Block Grant. 

Seminole County intends to use the results of this RFQ process to award a contract, or contracts, for the services outlined in the application. Non-profits may submit a proposal individually or as a collaborative to serve all of Seminole County.

The application can be downloaded here. The Seminole County Homelessness Plan can be downloaded here. All proposals must be received in our office by Tuesday, September 4, 2012 at 4:00pm. No proposals will be accepted after this time.
